Returns / Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will change or replace any item within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned to: South to South UK Ltd, James House, James Place, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 1JL with the original invoice and reason for the return.
The goods must remain in new condition having not been worn, washed, ironed or any of the tags removed. Your statutory rights are not affected. The cost of return postage is payable by the customer and items will not be refunded / exchanged unless goods are received by us.
Liability will not be accepted for lost or damaged returned goods. It is recommended you insure posted goods for your own protection. Refunds will only be made to the original payment card or by cheque if ordered by post.
